iPECS ONE - Unified Communication & Collaboration App

iPECS ONE is a full version app for Android that enables iPECS Cloud Unified Communication & Collaboration. The app allows users to access the features of iPECS Cloud from their mobile devices as well as the Chrome browser on their desktop PCs. With three main menus, Contacts, Calls, and Chats, users can easily manage their contacts, make voice/video calls, and chat with individuals or groups.

The Contacts menu displays the user's buddy list and favorites, along with the company's organization. The Calls menu provides call logs and telephony voice/video call features, including server-based call recording. The Chats menu allows for 1:1 or group chat, group call, and file attachment status. Users can log in through multiple platforms, including Chrome, Android, and iPhone, with a single telephone number and simultaneous incoming call ringing. The app also supports representative presence (on-line/off-line/busy/DND), call log/history, voice mail link, on-going chat messages shown in all logged-in clients, and synchronized contacts.

For premium license users, Spaces features such as team collaboration and video conference are supported. Overall, iPECS ONE is a useful app for those looking for an all-in-one communication and collaboration tool.
